A central agency recruiting for an APS3 Helpdesk Support Officer

**Your new role**
This is an exciting position where you will work with a variety of both internal and external stakeholders to deliver against major projects which are highly scrutinised by the rest of the Government, duties and tasks of this role are inclusive of, but not limited to the following;
- Answer and respond to general enquires from internal and external stakeholders
- Triaging of enquires
- Issue resolution
- Dispute resolutions
- Reporting of metrics
- Other adhoc duties as required
**What you'll need to succeed**
This role is only open to Australian Citizens and to be successful in this role you must have the ability to work in a full-time capacity Monday to Friday and be open to working rostered hours over a 7-day week during peak times come June/ July.
