Day‐to‐day responsibilities
* Ensure store operations run smoothly to create seamless, memorable customer experiences
* Build a highly effective team through ongoing training, mentoring and feedback
* Engage and motivate the team to meet KPIs and uphold MECCA values
What success looks like
* Minimum 3 years managing a large format retail environment, inspiring, coaching, and training large teams
* True passion for exceptional customer service and creating MECCA‐magic moments
* Previous coaching and mentoring experience focused on team member development
* Make‐it‐happen mindset with a proven ability to develop strong relationships
* Genuine care for people, always striving to create the best possible team member experience
* Ability to think big and long‐term, and drive change through influencing others
