CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking an experienced Site / Project Engineer for our client working on a TMR infrastructure project based in Dingo, QLD. This role will suit a hands-on engineer with strong experience delivering civil infrastructure projects under TMR specifications, ideally within roads, highways and transport infrastructure environments. This is a 5 month project commencing mid-June on an 7/7 roster, with accommodation and meals provided. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate day-to-day site operations and construction activities Manage subcontractors, suppliers and workforce planning Ensure compliance with TMR standards, specifications and quality requirements Prepare, review and manage project documentation including: Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) Requests for Information (RFIs) Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) Progress claims and site records Monitor project schedules, progress and budgets Conduct site inspections and quality assurance activities Liaise with clients, consultants and key stakeholders Support procurement and cost control functions Ensure WHS and environmental compliance across site operations Assist with reporting and forecasting activities Our Ideal Candidate: 3–10 years’ experience within civil infrastructure construction Previous TMR project experience is essential Demonstrated delivery experience across one or more of the below: Roads and highways Bridges Pavements Earthworks Drainage Utilities Asphalt and concrete works Strong understanding of TMR specifications and MRTS standards Experience working for Tier 1, Tier 2 or civil contractors preferred Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work autonomously in a site-based environment What We Can Offer: Immediate / Mid-June commencement Approx. 5 month project with potential future opportunities 7/7 roster Accommodation and meals supplied Competitive market rates Opportunity to work on a recognised TMR infrastructure project How to Apply: If you are ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role in Project Engineering, please click APPLY, or submit your resume to lorissa@celotti.com.au or contact CELOTTI WORKFORCE on 1300 235 688.
