We are looking to expand our team, specifically, we are looking for a proactive candidate who is comfortable working both from home and our Studio.
Ideally you will have a qualification or experience in a related field and be both ready and willing to learn more about website operation processes. Your duties will include:
* Formatting content to meet the various branding requirements of our clients
* Importing content to a website CMS (primarily Squiz Matrix and WordPress)
* Formatting design elements and templates within various CMS platforms
* Maintain a positive working relationship with our stakeholders and clients.

We believe in hands-on experience and in training our team by learning through each other's experience, there is formal training as well – but it all starts with a fireside chat about areas you want to develop your skills in.
We also offer a competitive salary, and although we're initially offering a temporary position leading up to Christmas, the prospect of an ongoing role may be available in the new year.

While we want a fast learner first and foremost, having a little knowledge and experience under your belt will help your application stand out from the rest. Some of the skills we are looking for include:
* CMS experience (Squiz Matrix and WordPress preferred)
* Relevant work experience
* Web/Comms/Marketing degree preferred
* Experience with Slack/Microsoft teams or similar IM application
* High computer literacy skills and a natural aptitude for understanding, configuring and working with various web applications
* An inquisitive mind and a passion for all things digital
* A friendly 'can-do' attitude.

Work Remotely:
* A remote/hybrid working arrangement is available after the completion of orientation and training in-person.
* Candidates must be located in Melbourne, and be able to attend training & some meetings in person, as required.
