We're Looking For...
Someone who loves connecting with people and has a genuine interest in the building process. You might come from a building company, supplier, retail, or admin background—what matters most is your customer focus and ability to manage details with care.
What You'll Do
This is a permanent, full-time role, Monday to Friday, working across our Eagleby and Logan Village communities.
* Coordinate appointments and site visits for homebuyers
* Provide timely updates and manage documentation throughout the build
* Liaise with construction teams and consultants
* Organise homeowner handovers and attend community events
About You
You're a natural communicator who thrives in a fast-paced workplace. You bring energy, empathy, and a solutions-focused mindset to every interaction.
Experience & Skills That Count
* Strong customer service and admin skills
* Proficient in MS Office and detail-oriented
* Ability to interpret building plans (helpful but not essential)
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
