Job Description
The Night Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and maintenance of reporting and accounting procedures.
Responsibilities include:
1. Completing daily auditing tasks with precision and efficiency
2. Overseeing hotel operations in the absence of senior management
3. Preparing and delivering the overnight Room Service menu
4. Performing front office duties including guest check-in/check-out, responding to guest requests, and managing incoming calls
5. Maintaining hotel safety and security standards
6. Upgrading presentation across all hotel areas
