About the Role
Reporting to the Marketing Team Leader and the Chief of Research & Communications, you'll be responsible for executing strategic digital campaigns that boost brand awareness, generate leads, and engage both patients and healthcare professionals.
You'll manage day-to-day marketing execution across content creation, social media, email marketing, digital campaigns, website updates, video coordination, and marketing collateral, working closely with internal teams, franchisees, clinics, and external partners.
The objective of this role is to strengthen ScoliCare's brand presence across both digital and offline channels, improve the quality and consistency of marketing content, and support lead generation and relationship-building through effective, timely, and on-brand marketing initiatives.
What You\'ll Be DoingDigital Campaigns & Social Media
* Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms
* Support execution of social media strategies for Australian and US clinics
* Assist in launching and optimising digital advertising campaigns (Meta Ads)
* Monitor performance, conduct A/B testing, and refine campaigns based on insights
* Maintain content calendars and ensure timely delivery
Content Creation
* Develop high-quality written and visual content including blogs, emails, landing pages, social posts, and video scripts
* Coordinate content production, including briefing designers and sourcing assets
* Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
Email Marketing
* Create and execute email campaigns using Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot)
* Manage audience segmentation and mailing lists
* Monitor and optimise campaign performance (open rates, conversions)
* Support newsletters and event promotions
Website Management
* Update and maintain website content (WordPress)
* Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to improve user experience and performance
Video Content
* Coordinate video production with external agencies
* Manage video content calendars and timelines
* Liaise with Australian and US teams to capture and deliver content
* Ensure all video content is on-brand and aligned with campaign goals
Offline Marketing & Collateral
* Develop and update brochures, flyers, and print materials
* Coordinate with designers and printers to produce high-quality collateral
* Adapt materials for local clinics while maintaining brand consistency
Collaboration & Administration
* Work closely with internal teams, franchisees, and external partners
* Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
* Assist with budget tracking and invoice coordination
* Respond to stakeholder requests across the business
About You
Must-Haves:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in digital marketing or similar role
* Proven experience managing social media and executing campaigns end-to-end
* Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and campaign optimisation
* Strong content creation skills (copywriting + visual)
* Experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, Google Analytics, and social scheduling platforms
* Email marketing experience (Pardot/Salesforce Account Engagement highly regarded)
* Basic WordPress knowledge
* Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign performance
