Change Manager - 12 month contract
SkyCity Adelaide are looking for a Change Manager to join our team on a 12 month contract as part of a multi-year transformation program.
About the opportunity
As Change Manager you will lead the delivery of strategic change initiatives that impact systems, processes, and ways of working across the business. You will work alongside senior leaders, programme stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure key changes are effectively embedded and sustained. The role offers an opportunity to influence large-scale transformation outcomes and help position the organisation to realise long-term strategic benefits.
About you
You have over 6 years of business experience, with at least 2-4 years in dedicated change management roles. You bring deep expertise in guiding organisations through transformation and transitioning teams from programme delivery into BAU. You are a confident communicator with exceptional stakeholder-management skills, capable of influencing senior leaders and managing competing priorities in fast-paced environments. You are a proactive self-starter, thrive on delivering outcomes independently while working within established frameworks such as PROSCI, Kotter or Lewin. Experience in compliance, risk, financial services or gaming environments will be highly regarded, along with a relevant degree in Business, Psychology, HR or similar disciplines.
