About the Position
In terms of food, Wests New Lambton Restaurants are home to dining options including Chophouse Grill, Emerald Gardens, and Breakfast on the Terrace.

Responsibilities
Duties include but are not limited to:
Waiting tables
Provide friendly customer service
Preparation and service of cocktails and other alcoholic beverages
Provide meal recommendations
Preparing the tables for service
Carrying multiple plates
Operation of tills and cash handling
Required Certifications
RSA certification is required.
About You
We are seeking passionate Food and Beverage staff with table service experience gained within a restaurant environment (3-6 months of previous experience).
Good knowledge of wine or exposure to presenting wine in a restaurant setting, as well as experience in mixing a wide variety of cocktails, will be highly regarded.
