We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Governance Information & Administration Officer to support our Governance Team in delivering organised, reliable assistance to our partners.
The Opportunity
In this role, you'll manage workflows, allocate workloads, and ensure accurate and timely responses to information requests, warrants, and subpoenas. You'll review, collate, and redact documents prepared by internal clients as needed and produce the required documentation for submission to requestors, regulators, courts, or tribunals.
As a valued member of the Governance Team, you'll support various team projects and facilitate reporting systems to maintain smooth operations. In addition, your day-to-day responsibilities will include service request management, diary coordination, meeting organisation, and providing paralegal support to the team.
