About The Role
* Deliver a warm, professional reception experience for all patients
* Provide expert guidance in frame and lens selection, considering lifestyle and visual needs
* Offer tailored recommendations on optical products, including contact lens care solutions
* Support the team in achieving practice goals through processing Medicare, health fund payments, credits/warranties, entering stock, jobs due report, debtor's management and stock takes
* Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming practice environment

* Proven experience as an Optical Dispenser (senior experience highly regarded)
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
