Overview
We are seeking an experienced Practice Lead – Commercial & Infrastructure Delivery to lead our Advisory practice in Western Australia. This senior leadership role will drive growth across major Water, Transport (Road/Rail), Port and Energy projects, while also expanding opportunities across strategy and investment engagements. Acting as the face of RPS Advisory in WA, you'll shape go-to-market strategies, oversee bids and proposals, build strong client relationships, and ensure commercial excellence. You'll balance near-term outcomes with long-term competitiveness while fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture that reflects our values.
Responsibilities
* Lead practice direction, growth and client engagement across WA.
* Identify and convert new business opportunities in line with strategy.
* Oversee project governance, delivery and risk management.
* Build and develop a high-performing, multidisciplinary team.
* Ensure strong commercial outcomes – revenue, margin, pipeline and service quality.
* Represent RPS at industry events as a trusted advisor and subject-matter expert.
About You / Essential Experience And Attributes
* 15+ years in consultancy or government, with relevant tertiary qualifications (Engineering, Commerce or Law).
* Proven success leading P&L, accountable for revenue, margin and growth.
* Established WA network with senior executives and decision-makers.
* Demonstrated success in shaping and winning bids/proposals.
* Strong financial and commercial management skills.
* Leadership of inclusive, high-performing teams.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
