We're now looking for a Systems Engineer to help keep our platforms running smoothly, securely, and at scale. You'll also support after‐hours maintenance when needed to keep critical systems running.

Responsibilities
* Design, build and maintain core infrastructure systems
* Keep systems secure, reliable and highly available
* Diagnose and fix issues across production environments
* Manage patching, upgrades and vulnerability remediation
* Automate processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
* Support change management and rollout activities with minimal disruption
* Work closely with engineers and stakeholders across the business
Qualifications
* Strong experience managing on‐prem infrastructure (VMware / KVM, bare metal)
* Solid Linux experience is essential (RedHat/CentOS), with Windows admin skills also valued
* Experience with automation tools – Ansible is essential, with Terraform or Puppet desirable
* Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control (GitLab essential)
* Scripting skills in Bash and/or Python
* Good understanding of networking fundamentals
* A proactive mindset – you don't wait for problems, you fix them before they happen
