CoreStaff is seeking an experienced and safety‐focused Forklift Operator for an immediate start with a major steel manufacturer based in Cardiff. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure steady, Monday‐to‐Friday work on day shift hours, supporting production and logistics in a fast‐paced, team‐oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate forklifts to transport steel materials and finished goods safely and efficiently
* Load and unload machines and vehicles as required
* Ensure materials are correctly staged and stored to support smooth workflow
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
* Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors across departments
What We're Looking For
* Valid LF Forklift Licence (essential)
* Proven experience in a warehouse, production, or manufacturing environment
* Strong commitment to workplace safety and procedures
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently during set hours
* Good communication and teamwork skills
