In this role, you will
* Use your specialist knowledge and skills to help people to return to meaningful employment
* Evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work‐related or non‐work‐related injury or illness
* Perform assessments in your area of clinical expertise – including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or daily living assessments
* Take responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress toward their return‐to‐work goal
* Engage with key stakeholders and develop strong relationships that drive successful partnerships

You'll also need to have
* Minimum 18 months plus experience in occupational rehabilitation
* Direct working experience working with Icare Insurance
* Ideally have worked with corporate customers
* Professional registration with AHPRA (OT) or (Physio), ESSA (AEP)
* A current Working with Children Check
* Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application
