Role: Oracle CRM Tester

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Oracle CRM Tester to join a growing QA and transformation team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Oracle CRM/Fusion applications, functional and integration testing, and validating enterprise business processes across CRM platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze business and functional requirements for Oracle CRM applications.
* Develop and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
* Perform functional, regression, system integration, and end-to-end testing.
* Validate Oracle CRM workflows, interfaces, integrations, and customer data flows.
* Conduct backend database testing using SQL queries.
* Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect management tools.
* Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.
* Support UAT testing and production deployment activities.
* Prepare test reports, status updates, and QA documentation.
* Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint activities.
Required Skills
* Strong experience in Oracle CRM Testing / Oracle Fusion CX / Oracle Siebel CRM.
* Hands‐on experience in functional and integration testing.
* Good understanding of STLC and defect lifecycle.
* Strong SQL/database validation skills.
* Experience with Jira, HP ALM, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
* Experience testing APIs and integrations.
* Strong analytical and communication skills.
* Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Preferred Skills
* Experience with Oracle Sales Cloud / Service Cloud.
* Exposure to automation testing tools.
* Knowledge of API testing using Postman or SOAP UI.
* Understanding of cloud platforms and enterprise integrations.
* Prior experience in banking, telecom, government, or enterprise transformation projects.
