About the role
Based in Angaston and reporting to the Senior Manager – People Operations, we're looking for a highly organised candidate to support the day-to-day running of our People team. This is a hands‐on and varied role that blends administration, coordination and process improvement across areas like payroll support and employee lifecycle activities. You'll play an important role in keeping things running smoothly, improving how we work, and making sure our systems and data are well managed. This role suits someone who enjoys structure along with a keen interest in improving systems and processes, not just maintaining them.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day‐to‐day operational support across the People team.
* Support employees and managers in the end‐to‐end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, learning, changes, and off‐boarding).
* Maintain and continuously improve systems, templates, and workflows to help the business run efficiently.
* Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes and recommend improvements for implementation.
* Manage and maintain data integrity across platforms, including Excel and SharePoint, using automation where possible (e.g. Power Automate).
* Support reporting and insights through data analysis and dashboards (e.g. Power BI).
* Act as a key point of coordination between teams to keep operations running smoothly.
About You
You're organised, detail‐focused, confident and curious – using Excel, including formulas, data management and reporting. You've ideally worked with SharePoint (or similar systems) and are comfortable managing information and workflows. Exposure to Power BI or similar data visualisation tools is a bonus, and experience with automation (like Power Automate or Excel macros) will be highly regarded. You're proactive, enjoy finding better ways of doing things and can comfortably juggle multiple priorities while working with different people across the business. You might come from an operations, IT, administration, or business support background and you're looking for a role where you can make a real impact in a supportive team in a family‐owned business.
What's in it for you?
* Competitive salary package and wine allowance.
* Opportunity to work within a respectful, collaborative, transparent, and inclusive team.
* A supportive and down‐to‐earth team in a family‐owned business where you can make a genuine impact.
