In this role, you will drive strategic and operational supplier development, supporting category strategies across Construction, Transport, and Service (CLIP). You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to enhance supplier performance, reduce non‐conformities, and ensure zero incidents—all while upholding Vestas' global standards and processes.
Responsibilities

* Supplier Development Process
* Deploy the Vestas Quality, Safety and Environment Strategy towards external suppliers under CLIP categories as Construction, Transport and Service
* Manage supplier quality, capability, and performance topics on behalf and in compliance with regional & global strategy
* Execute new markets entry strategy & new supplier onboarding ensuring Vestas processes are followed
* Secure agreement with regional QHSE & Construction team for completion of supplier improvement activities.
* Lead QSE activities in cases of non‐quality performance and incidents with suppliers in line with Vestas requirements.
* Drive Supplier Performance Review Meetings with cross‐functional participation
* Ensure that relevant QSE agreements with suppliers are in place
* Lead and conduct supplier development projects and supplier local initiative, conduct QHSE audits and prepare present executive reports
Qualifications
* Master's or bachelor's degree in engineering
* 5+ years hands‐on experience in a similar position with supplier management, safety & quality focus
* Experience with supplier management and driving improvement projects on quality, process, and safety area
* Previous history working in oil & gas, offshore, service or transport business is an advantage
* Certified auditor/lead auditor ISO, other standards and relevant quality‐safety certifications will be an advantage

* Strong project management skills with the ability to drive complex development projects across the organization
* Competency in data analytics and strong problem‐solving skills
* Good communication skills, oral and written, strong meeting facilitator with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders within an international, dynamic & cross‐functional environment
* Self‐driven personality, independent learning & critical thinking skills – ability to identify and deliver actionable solutions to complex problems
