We are located at Fountaindale on the Central Coast of NSW.
We are a small business that encourages team work and provides a safe working environment.
We are looking for someone to perform Administration tasks for our small office team.
This is an chance for someone who is organised, has excellent communication skills and keen to grow their experience in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Printing and preparing production paperwork for the factory
Answering incoming phone calls and providing friendly customer service
Calling builders to gather missing information needed for quoting, detailing and scheduling
Preparing and organising digital job files using Dropbox
Organising transport contractors for daily transport
Informing builders of delivery dates and following up changes or confirmations
Assisting with general administration tasks to support the production and management team
Who this role would suit
Someone reliable and organised and confident speaking with builders and suppliers
A friendly and confident communicator that enjoys working with people
Someone comfortable using computers and willing to learn current systems
Those with administration and customer service experience are encouraged to apply
No prior industry experience required - all training is provided.
Working Hours
Reliable hours, 6am to 2pm Monday to Thursday and 6am to 12pm on Friday
