About the Opportunity
We are looking for senior recruiters to join our growing Sydney team. You will work with a hands-on General Manager with over 25 years' experience in both Sydney and global markets.
We are seeking driven, 360-degree recruiters with experience developing relationships, driving sales whilst managing recruitment for roles across a range of disciplines that could include Finance and Accounting, Transactional Finance & Office Support, Procurement, Supply Chain and Engineering & Manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
* Anticipate and identify client needs, turning new opportunities into lasting relationships.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection for clients within your portfolio
* Candidate research, pooling and building talent communities within key recruitment verticals to support your client portfolio
* Consistently meet performance benchmarks in support of the team business plan as well as service and compliance standards.
* Actively support the team in client and candidate management activities including attending meetings, providing market intelligence and advice.
* Provide career and recruitment advice to candidates and clients which are professional, useful, ethical and memorable, creating a lasting impression of Davidson.
* Be accountable; drive your own business development activity as well as service and compliance standards.
* Act with integrity and with a genuine care for others. Is authentic and honest, with a willingness to express views with courage and compassion. Values diversity, ethics and fosters a safe working environment for all.
* Maintain a positive and balanced outlook with a focus on resilience and well-being within a Sales environment.
The Ideal Candidate

* Previous experience as a highly experienced recruiter is required.
* Exposure to a commercially focused business with an understanding of how to drive and implement sales targets.
