The Opportunity
As an Operations Officer, you'll help keep our mission running day-to-day. This is more than administration—it's a frontline support role where every task contributes to real impact.
You'll be the connection point between customers, passengers, pilots, and the wider operations team.
What You'll Be Doing
* Coordinating flight bookings and responding to customer enquiries
* Supporting passenger check-in, freight handling, and aircraft loading
* Processing payments, invoices, and operational administration
* Communicating flight schedules, delays, and updates
* Working closely with pilots and operations staff to ensure smooth flight operations

What You'll Bring
* Experience in administration and/or customer service
* Confidence with computers and digital systems
* A friendly, flexible attitude with strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to work respectfully across cultures
* Willingness to assist with practical tasks (including baggage and aircraft support)
* Experience with Microsoft Office
* Background in aviation, logistics, or finance admin
* Ability to stay calm and adaptable in a dynamic environment

* Eligibility: Must be 18+ and have valid Australian work rights
* Provided: Accommodation and daily transport
* At your cost: Flights to/from placement, food, insurance, and personal expenses
