We are seeking a polished, sales-driven leader who loves building client relationships, leading from the front, and creating an elevated in-store experience. About the Role Lead the daily operations of the boutique Deliver exceptional one-on-one styling experiences Drive sales performance and boutique targets Recruit, train and develop a small team Manage stock, visual merchandising and store presentation Build lasting relationships with clients and VIP customers Ensure every customer receives premium service from appointment through to purchase Work closely with the owner with exposure to social media support & boutique operations About You Previous experience as a Store Manager, Boutique Manager or Senior Assistant Manager Background in premium fashion, bridal, occasionwear, jewellery, luxury retail or similar is looked upon favourably Strong sales leadership skills with a passion for customer service Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Professional, polished and confident communication style Comfortable working in a personalised consultation-based sales environment What's on Offer $75,000 - $80,000 Super Tuesday to Saturday roster No late-night trading Premium product and beautiful boutique environment Supportive ownership team Opportunity to make a genuine impact within a growing business If you are passionate about fashion, styling and delivering unforgettable customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
