Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Computer Technician with experience in desktop and network support. The ideal candidate will be skilled in troubleshooting, software support, and general repairs.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide onsite and remote support for network and computer equipment
* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
* Install and support a wide range of software applications
* Maintain strong customer focus while delivering technical solutions
* Collaborate with the team to ensure high‐quality service delivery
Qualifications
* A current driver's license is imperative
* Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanour
* Previous experience in Level 1/2 support is required
* Minimum 6 months experience in Level 1/2 technical support required
* Attention to detail and a willingness to learn new skills
* Flexibility to work after hours to support customers as needed
* Australian citizenship is required for this position
