Join our awesome Gold Coast team! We're hiring a Customer Service Assistant for a full time role, where your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on equipment, availability, and pricing.
* Maintain the presentation and smooth operation of the branch, including the showroom, yard, and storage areas.
* Inspect, clean, service, and prepare hire equipment to a high standard.
* Coordinate with operations and workshop teams to ensure timely equipment availability and readiness.
* Manage equipment logistics, including safe loading/unloading, deliveries and pickups, and providing safe-use demonstrations to customers.

What We Are Looking For
* Previous experience in the hire, construction industry or a similar customer facing type role.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* Genuine interest in machinery and equipment (training will be provided).
* Positive attitude and a collaborative team player.
* Proficiency in basic computer applications.
* An LR licence (or higher) and/or a forklift licence will be highly regarded.
