Overview
We're looking for an experienced Production Scheduler - Operations to plan and schedule work for operational teams, supporting efficient resource utilisation and delivery of quality, compliance, and performance outcomes.
Responsibilities
* Build and manage short/medium-term work plans and schedules
* Coordinate work orders and required resources (people, materials, contractors)
* Support reactive work follow-up and high-impact operational events
* Work closely with Coordinators, Operators, and cross-functional teams
* Contribute to a safety-first culture, including regular field engagement
* Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
* Qualification in business administration and/or equivalent experience
* Strong planning/scheduling capability and high service standards
* Experience with works management systems/dispatch tools and electronic data management
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* High IT literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly
