Due to ongoing project demands in WA, we are seeking experienced professionals across multiple disciplines to join our team.
OPERATIONS MANAGER
We are looking for an electrical leader from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 environment who has navigated complex projects across the commercial, defense, education, health, industrial, or infrastructure sectors. Candidates should have a demonstrated history of successfully managing projects from the pre-tender stage through to final handover, ideally supported by a strong background in electrical trades or engineering. High-level proficiency in project controls, WIP, forecasting, and commercial results is a must, as is the ability to manage key stakeholder relationships and spot new opportunities for business growth.
We are looking for an experienced electrical leader who has delivered complex projects or services across sectors such as commercial, defence, education, health, industrial, or infrastructure. You will bring a proven track record of managing work from early engagement/pre-tender and planning through to delivery and completion, supported by a strong background in electrical trades or engineering.
You will be commercially astute, with solid capability across project controls, WIP, forecasting, and financial performance. Strong stakeholder management is essential, along with the ability to identify opportunities, improve delivery outcomes, and contribute to ongoing business growth.
ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR
In this role, you will head up electrical teams on major commercial projects, taking full responsibility for safe, efficient, and high-standard delivery. This includes coordinating trades and subcontractors, managing day-to-day site activity, maintaining programme and budget alignment, and working closely with project management and engineering teams. You are a hands-on leader who drives standards, mentors your team, and keeps delivery on track.
In this role, you will lead electrical teams across a range of projects and service environments, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery. You will coordinate trades and subcontractors, manage day-to-day site or field activity, maintain alignment with programme and budget expectations, and work closely with project and engineering teams.
You are a hands-on leader who sets clear standards, mentors your team, and keeps delivery on track. Whether operating in construction, maintenance, or operational environments, you bring a strong focus on safety, quality, and team performance.
COMMUINIATIONS TECHNICIAN
You will deliver installation, testing and commissioning of copper and fibre communication systems across commercial and infrastructure projects. You'll be confident with structured cabling, fault finding, system testing and commissioning, and capable of leading small teams while supporting junior technicians. Strong attention to detail, ability to read drawings, and a practical approach to delivering quality outcomes are essential.
