Role Overview
This is an exciting growth period for us, and we are seeking a dynamic, driven, and experienced Accredited Exercise Physiologist on a Part Time basis (3 days per week) to join our Hobart team.

You will be involved in delivering a variety of services to clients, including:
* Work site and Work place assessments, assisting in RTW after injury
* Ergonomic or Workstation Assessments
* Pre-employment or RTW physical assessments
In this role, you will provide evidenced based assessment, planning, and exercise-based interventions of the highest quality, with the aim of improving employee well-being, preventing injuries, and enhancing performance.
Required Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you must have:
* An Accredited Exercise Physiologist, with full ESSA registration
* Experience or interest in working in occupational health or clinical health settings, with primary caseloads being musculoskeletal and occupational health
* Strong assessment and observational skills
* Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent exercise and activity prescription skills
* Confidence to deliver in-person educational material to both individuals and groups of participants
* Demonstrated time management skills, and ability to manage a diverse workload with competing priorities.
* Positive outlook with the ability to engage and influence and drive positive health outcomes
* Competent in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Hold and maintain a current Australian Driver's License, and a working with vulnerable people registration
* Knowledge of worker's compensation, rehabilitation and occupational health and safety legislation is desirable.
