We're looking for an experienced Organisational Capability & Learning Manager to lead the design and delivery of strategic workforce development initiatives. This role will shape learning experiences, drive engagement, and foster a thriving culture across Feros Care.

Your Impact
* Lead the development and implementation of the organisation's L&D strategy.
* Design and deliver contemporary learning programs aligned with adult learning principles.
* Drive organisational capability through adaptive, blended learning programs.
* Champion engagement initiatives, including employee listening and feedback programs.
* Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to the Organisational Development & Learning team.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver fit-for-purpose learning solutions.
* Use data and analytics to measure impact and inform continuous improvement.
* Manage budgets and ensure cost‐effective delivery of programs.
About You
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, Psychology, or Adult Education
* 8+ years' experience in L&D, organisational development, and culture
* Proven success in leading change and capability building initiatives
* Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and empower teams
* Expertise in instructional design and digital learning tools e.g. Articulate, Canva, Descript
Bonus Points For
* Experience in aged care or community services
* Accreditation in DISC, Human Synergistics, or coaching frameworks
* Professional certification as a Learning Practitioner
