We are seeking an experienced Accounts & Administration Officer to join our team on a part‐time basis (25 hours per week).
Responsibilities
• Manage the Club's financial operations; perform bookkeeping and accounts administration.
• Provide a professional, friendly and welcoming first point of contact for members, sponsors and visitors.
• Assist with day‐to‐day office administration.
Essential Skills and Experience
* Minimum 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounts administration experience.
* Extensive MYOB AccountRight experience.
* Payroll processing experience.
* BAS and IAS preparation and lodgement.
* Accounts payable and receivable.
* Bank reconciliations.
* End‐of‐month and end‐of‐year procedures.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Highly Regarded
* Experience working within a sporting club, licensed club or not‐for‐profit organisation.
* Knowledge of Racing, Gaming and Liquor compliance requirements.
* Experience with IdealPOS.
This position reports directly to the Club Manager, Treasurer and Executive Board and offers a varied and rewarding role within one of Western Australia's leading bowling clubs.
