An opportunity exists with our Buildings team to understand the complete building surveying process.
**About the Position**:
The will undertake education surrounding building surveyor processes including building permits, inspections and building notices and orders.
Answer telephone queries and provide specific, timely advice on a varied range of building permit and regulatory matters; and
Prepare correspondence as required, complete digital filing and other administrative duties to ensure an efficient flow of a shared workload.
**Skills and Experience**:
The successful applicant will form part of the Monash Building Surveying team within Monash City Council's City Planning Division.
**Requirement of the position**:
Right to work in Australia;
Employee Working with Children's Check
Satisfactory National Police Check; and
Other pre-employment checks may be required depending on the role requirements.
