Position Summary
Head of College (Primary) – a substantive 4‐year appointment with a further 4‐year extension subject to a positive review, under a continuing teaching status.

* Build the religious life of the school and a vibrant Catholic identity within the school community.
* Grow the engagement, progress, achievement and wellbeing of each student.
* Build a sustainable school community, ensuring stewardship of resources with transparency, accountability and compliance.
About You
* Experience as an Assistant Principal, Assistant Principal Religious Education, Deputy Principal, Head of Campus, Principal or a senior role providing support and leadership to Catholic schools.
* Experience in teaching and leading the teaching of religious education.
* Strong capabilities in strategic planning, staff development, fostering a positive school culture and implementing innovative teaching practices.
* Demonstrated ability to promote and integrate Catholic values and teachings within the school environment.
Eligibility and Safeguarding Requirements
* Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.
* Current registration with Queensland College of Teachers (QCT).
* Must be Catholic (or a faith partner of one of our ecumenical schools).
