Job Description:
This role involves providing high-level administrative support to the sales team. The Executive Assistant will be involved in coordinating property campaigns and inspections, managing client communication, marketing, and assisting with events. Key Responsibilities:
* Vendor Management: Prepare and distribute reports and manage client communication.
* Event Coordination: Coordinate inspections, building and pest appointments, photoshoots, auction day preparation, and event support.
* Client Liaison: Ensure clear and professional communication with sellers, buyers, and solicitors.
