Finance Operations Manager
The role of a Finance Operations Manager is crucial in building and scaling finance operations to support the growth of an international company.
In this position, you will play a key role in developing and executing strategies to manage group FX exposures across multiple currencies, develop hedging strategies in line with risk appetite, and provide FX reporting, forecasting, and insights to management.

Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and manage group FX exposures across multiple currencies
* Develop and execute hedging strategies in line with risk appetite
* Provide FX reporting, forecasting, and insights to management
* Manage intercompany loans and settlements to ensure efficient capital allocation across entities
* Optimise global cash positioning and working capital
* Oversee treasury forecasts and ensure liquidity to support operations and expansion
* Maintain banking relationships across markets
* Ensure treasury policies, controls, and compliance are adhered to globally
* Partner with the Finance Systems team to improve treasury processes within Netsuite and banking platforms
* Collaborate with FP&A, Tax, and Accounting on cash flow planning and intercompany transactions
* Deliver treasury reporting and insights to Finance leadership and the Board
Requirements:
* 5-8 years of treasury/finance experience in multinational organisations
* Strong knowledge of FX risk management, intercompany funding, liquidity planning, and treasury accounting
