L&D is one of the senior roles being created within a new L&D and OD pillar, and it's a build from the ground up across around 3,000 people and multiple operating brands.
The Opportunity
* Designing and standing up the L&D function across the group
* A capability framework that spans operational, technical and leadership populations
* Leadership development for an emerging senior bench
* Learning technology and infrastructure decisions, including the LMS landscape
* Partnership with operational leaders to make capability investment actually land
You
* Built and led an L&D function, ideally where the function was new or underdeveloped
* Comfortable working across blue-collar, technical and white-collar populations
* An L&D SME understanding of what works both on the factory floor and in the boardroom
* Strong commercial instincts, you measure capability in business outcomes
* Experience in manufacturing, industrial, logistics or similarly complex environments is a strong advantage

Based at the Central Coast head office. Working alongside the OD & Workforce Planning Manager and reporting into a senior People leader who's invested in the build.
