About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to support food safety and product quality across our production operations. You'll ensure compliance with HACCP standards and play a key role in maintaining product quality from raw materials through to finished goods.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct QA checks on raw materials, in-process, and finished products
* Monitor production, hygiene, and food safety compliance
* Perform production line inspections (baking → packing → dispatch)
* Support internal/external audits and maintain QA records
* Check labelling, packaging, expiry dates, and temperature control
* Investigate quality issues and support continuous improvement
About You
* Highly relevant education background
* At least 1 year of quality assurance experience in food manufacturing. Experience in bakery production is highly desirable.
* Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety systems
* Experience in production line inspection and audits
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
