About The Role
This is a permanent, full‐time position based in Robina, QLD. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing efficient and friendly support while working predictable, set hours.

What You'll Be Doing
* Handling inbound customer calls and responding within service level targets
* Actively listening to understand customer needs and concerns
* Providing clear, accurate information and effective solutions
* Documenting customer interactions and completing follow‐ups
* Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience
* Working collaboratively as part of a supportive team environment
