Responsibilities
* Accurately and efficiently dispense prescriptions using MyScripts.
* Day‐to‐day management of store, dispensary and team operations.
* Dispensary inventory management and order processing.
* Professional patient counselling and complete patient care solutions.
* Provide supervision to interns, student pharmacists and dispensary assistants.
* Support and develop new business strategies in pharmacy best‐practice.
Qualifications
* Qualified Pharmacist with a valid AHPRA registration.
* Experience dispensing medications within a community pharmacy environment.
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Commercially astute with business acumen and attention to detail.
* Collaborative and coaching leadership capabilities, with demonstrated interpersonal and organisational skills.
