The Nextt Group is seeking Disability Support Workers with experience in complex bowel care and flexible availability to join our team in Taree.
About the role
We are seeking compassionate and reliable support workers to provide 24/7 care, including inactive sleepovers. Supports include personal care with bowel care assistance, domestic tasks, and supporting community access.
Responsibilities
* Provide 24/7 care, including inactive sleepovers.
* Assist with personal care and complex bowel care.
* Perform domestic tasks and support community access.
* Maintain open and flexible availability for 24/7 support.
Qualifications and Certifications
* Hold an Employee NSW Working with Children Check.
* NDIS Workers Screening Check (current).
* NDIS Orientation Module - Quality, Safety and You.
* First Aid and CPR (current).
* Australian Driver's License.
* Comprehensive Insurance on Vehicle.
All employees must comply with mandatory directives within the relevant state or territory where they work.
Pay Rates
* Base hourly rate: $35.15
* Afternoon shift (ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $38.67
* Active Night shift (finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday): $39.37
* Saturday: $49.21
* Sunday: $63.27
* Public holiday: $77.33
