A well-established community pharmacy located in the heart of Griffith, a thriving regional city in the northern Riverina region of western New South Wales, is seeking an experienced Pharmacist in Charge for a full-time six-month contract with the possibility of extension. Job Specification
This is a hands‐on leadership role suited to a patient‐centred Pharmacist who enjoys a fast‐paced environment and values strong community connections. You will work across a full-time 38‐hour roster within the pharmacy's trading hours, supported by a professional and experienced team including Pharmacists, dispensary Technicians, and an experienced front‐of‐shop team.
The pharmacy handles a medium script trade most days using the Z dispense system as you deliver a broad range of professional services including vaccinations and ideally a full scope of practice services from the consultation room while overseeing day‐to‐day dispensary operations and providing outstanding healthcare support to patients.
Skills Required
* Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
* Minimum two years' community pharmacy experience
* Accredited vaccinator
* Confident delivering Scope of Practice services
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Ability to thrive in a busy team environment
Salary & Benefits
* From $65 per hour plus superannuation and entitlements
