Fabrication Technician – Brunel

Responsibilities
- Interpret and work from complex technical drawings (General Arrangements (GAs), P&IDs;, and isometric diagrams).
- Fabricate, assemble, and test piping systems and structural components for water treatment plants.
- Perform hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure testing to ensure piping integrity.
- Skilfully use hand tools, pipe cutters, and solvent welding techniques.
- Work to high standards of quality and safety in a workshop environment.
Requirements
- Strong experience in a similar fabrication role.
- Relevant trade qualification (e.g., Boilermaker, Fabricator, Mechanical Fitter).
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
- Experienced in hydrostatic and pneumatic testing methods.
- Skilled in using hand tools and pipe cutting equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
