About The Role
We’re seeking an experienced Master Data Specialist – SAP to support master data review and project work across a major operation. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, manage priorities without supervision, and ensure high-quality SAP master data integrity. You’ll split your time between Perth (5/2) and site (4/3), delivering structured project tasks, reviewing existing data, and improving system quality to support maintenance, planning, and reliability outcomes. This is an initial 3‑month contract with a possibility for extension.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, validate, and update SAP master data to project standards
- Ensure alignment of equipment, BoMs, FLOCs, and PM structures
- Identify data gaps and implement corrections
- Work collaboratively with planners, maintenance, and engineering teams
- Support project deliverables and data quality targets
- Self‑manage workload, priorities, and reporting
