**Instructional Designer Role:**
We're seeking a skilled Instructional Designer to join our team. As an Instructional Designer, you'll play a crucial role in creating engaging learning experiences for internal and external customers across multiple formats.
The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and developing instructional content, including eLearning, microlearning, support guides, and audio/visual materials. They should be able to translate complex concepts into accessible learning experiences and collaborate cross-functionally with the team to ensure content accuracy and relevance.

**Requirements:**
* 5+ years' experience in Instructional or Learning Experience design
* Proven ability to translate complex concepts into engaging learning experiences
* Familiarity with AI tools to enhance content design
* Prior experience ideally within a tech or SaaS environment
