About the TTW 2027 Graduate Program
Joining TTW Engineers as a graduate means making a real impact from day one. You'll contribute to landmark projects across diverse sectors – from iconic high‐rise buildings to public sculptures, major road redesigns and more – and surround yourself with cutting‐edge projects and a team genuinely invested in your growth.
Who We're Looking For
Applicants must hold full Australian working rights and be seeking a Bachelor‐level engineering qualification in Australia. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, creative and passionate Graduate Engineer who:
* thinks creatively and loves solving complex problems
* brings fresh ideas, embraces diversity and seeks clever solutions
* values collaboration and communicates confidently
* is detail‐oriented and enjoys tackling challenges head‐on
* shows initiative in work and professional development
Key requirements:
* in the final year of study for 2026 or already graduated, enrolled in a tertiary engineering qualification from an Australian institution
* no more than 12 months of local experience in structural, civil, traffic or façade engineering
* basic awareness of Australian engineering regulatory requirements
* passionate about teamwork and collaboration and a willingness to learn quickly
