ERP Solutions Expert
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions. This includes collaborating with business system administrators, subject-matter experts, and external partners to deliver timely enhancements, resolve system issues, and support ongoing optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
* Analyse business processes and system needs in collaboration with system users and administrators.
* Design, develop, and deploy ERP solutions in line with standards, ensuring reliability and performance.
* Maintain and periodically review a register of system modifications to support upgrades and retrofits.
* Configure and support integrations between the ERP and third-party applications.
* Investigate new technologies and enhancements to improve ERP functionality.
* Assist with ERP upgrades, patches, and enhancements, including implementation and testing.
* Provide technical support and guidance to business systems administrators.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proficiency in JDE Web Services, Orchestrator, and integrations with external systems.
* Experience with JDE Tools and Applications upgrades, JDE security (QSoftware or All Out), and CNC.
* Advanced knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server databases.
* Familiarity with ReportsNow DAS & Mobie, SharePoint, ServiceNow, .NET, and AWS.
* Exposure to a wide range of JDE modules including Finance, Procurement, Service Billing/Time Entry, Job Cost, CAM, Inventory, HCM, HSE, MRP, and Real Estate Management (Lessee Accounting).
