Job Title: Business Growth Specialist
As a key player in our team, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining strategic partnerships with corporate clients.
The primary responsibility of this role is to develop long-term relationships with assigned corporate customers, establishing strong connections with key business executives and stakeholders.
You will also collaborate with the Community Engagement Lead to maintain existing relationships with corporate partners and ensure they are receiving maximum value from their package inclusions throughout the year.
In addition, you will manage enquiries from corporates and liaise with other leads where assistance is required.
Key performance indicators include safeguarding retention and satisfaction of your client portfolio, managing pipeline and achieving targets, and identifying new corporate opportunities when necessary.
Active participation in our community is essential, requiring regular reporting to the Management Committee and adherence to sound governance practices and metric reporting.
To be successful in this role, you should have experience in account management, customer success, or business development within technology, as well as strong strategic discussion skills and the ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
