We're looking for a seasoned digital marketer to design, execute, and optimize data-driven strategies that drive quality leads and measurable ROI.
Your Role : As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Ads. You'll leverage your expertise in SEM, SEO, and audience targeting to attract and convert high-intent users.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement data-driven paid marketing strategies to drive lead generation and growth.
* Manage, optimize, and scale multi-channel campaigns (Google, Meta, Microsoft).
* Conduct detailed keyword research and audience segmentation to ensure precision targeting.
* Design and refine conversion funnels and landing pages to maximize ROI.
* Execute A/B tests on ads, creatives, landing pages, and audiences to optimize performance.
* Monitor and analyze campaign KPIs such as CTR, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS, with continuous improvements.
* Collaborate with Google & Meta account managers to ensure best-practice execution and innovation.
* Stay ahead of trends in SEM, SEO, and performance marketing tools and techniques.
What You Bring
* Proven experience in paid search marketing strategy and execution.
* Strong skills in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other paid acquisition platforms.
* Data-driven mindset with deep analytical abilities and knowledge of performance optimization.
* Understanding of SEO fundamentals, tracking, and attribution models.
* Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and campaign reporting.
* A creative and strategic thinker who thrives in performance-focused environments.
