About the Role
As Team Leader – Relief Portfolio, you will lead safe, high-quality, person-centred supports across CLRS Daily Living, Defined Programs, and Residential services. This role spans multiple service areas, stepping in when other Team Leaders are unavailable. You’ll provide day-to-day practice leadership, supervision, and scheduling, while ensuring compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and other regulatory requirements.
This role includes both administrative and active support responsibilities, including working shifts when required.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Lead and supervise support staff
- Maintain and develop programs aligned with client goals
- Empower clients in decision-making and capacity building
- Ensure compliance with documentation, reporting, and scheduling
- Build strong relationships with families, staff, and community stakeholders
- Participate in on-call rotation and active shifts
- Support continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery
What We’re Looking For
Key Selection Criteria:
- Passion for enabling positive outcomes for people with disability
- Knowledge of the NDIS system and Practice Standards
- Experience in team leadership and program management
- Strong organisational, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- High level of computer literacy
- Diploma in Community Services or equivalent (preferred)
Don’t have a qualification? We will support you through a Diploma Community Services traineeship, providing you with the skills and knowledge while being paid a full wage and receiving financial benefits through Government Traineeship incentives program.
You must have:
- Level Two First Aid
- Evidence of three doses of COVID-19 vaccination or valid exemption
- Working with Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
