With continued growth along the east coast of Australia, TDG is seeking a driven professional to manage client relationships and projects with precision and excellence.About the RoleAs an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client contracts and projects. You will be the key interface with the client, ensuring:Jobs and projects are executed on time and within budgetContract terms are upheld to the highest standardCustomer satisfaction is maintained and enhancedRevenue growth within your portfolio is actively drivenKey Responsibilities:Oversee a portfolio of assigned contracts and projects.Ensure successful execution and compliance with contractual terms.Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.Create and manage quotations and budgets effectively.Monitor and improve customer satisfaction and provide feedback to internal teams.Act as the primary point of contact for clients on commercial matters.Work collaboratively with operations managers, supervisors, and field teams.About You:Tertiary studies in business or related disciplines (Trade background desirable).2–5 years in account/contract management in a similar industry.Strong budgeting, quoting, and financial management capabilities.Expertise in contract management, commercial acumen, and customer relationship skills.If you are a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, please apply with your resume today by clicking the ‘Apply’ button.TDG prides itself on being a workplace that actively seeks to include, welcome and value the unique contributions of all people.
