Robert Half is recruiting for a Service Desk Support Analyst to join a well-known market leading education provider.

Our client is a well-known education provider in Melbourne that has been providing education to Prep to Year 12's for over 90 years.

**The Role**
**Key Responsibilities include**:
- Provide level 1 & 2 technical support to staff, students, and parents, including face to face, telephone, and remote support.
- Adhere to a managed schedule for providing face to face support from the designated service desk space.
- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose hardware and software faults on Windows, macOS and iOS devices.
- Provide basic network troubleshooting and diagnose printer related faults as required
- Ensure all incidents and requests are clearly and efficiently documented using the School's ticketing system
- Contribute to the management and maintenance of the Anti-Virus admin portal, ensuring devices are connecting and adhere to policies set.
- Contribute to the workflow design and delivery of the School's Digital Learning Program
**Your Profile**
You have a passion for Technology and are keen to engage with end users and assist them with their technology issues while also having a strong ability to talk tech in terms all stakeholders can understand. You are detail orientated and have a strong dedication to continual learning to support development and ever-evolving business needs.
**In addition, you will ideally be able to demonstrate**:
- Solid critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Proven experience in a Service Desk operation, managing level 1 & 2 support requests.
- Demonstrated customer focus bias with a track record for delivering service improvements.
- Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills, including the ability to interact, influence, and manage expectations.
- Sound technical knowledge in support of a Windows and macOS Operating Systems
- Experience working with Azure AD and Office 365
