What you'll do
* Represent a broad spectrum of mining clients, from major corporations to small local operations.
* Handle private M&A, joint ventures, operating agreements, marketing agreements, royalty agreements, and development projects.
* Work on first‐to‐market deals and support clients at the forefront of the energy transition.
What you'll bring
* Demonstrable experience as a Solicitor in a leading M&A practice.
* Admission to practice in Australia or New Zealand.
* Excellent academic results and a commitment to continuous learning.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to comprehend intricate legal matters.
* A proactive, innovative mindset and curiosity about AI and emerging technologies.
